Shipping/Returns Policy

Shipping

We have negotiated shipping rates with United States Postal Service (USPS), and United Parcel Service (UPS Ground) to offer you the lowest shipping charges. All orders are shipped within a day and will arrive at the indicated Ship To address no later then 3 business days from day of order. Holidays are busier so allow a couple extra days.

Shipping is calculated in the Shopping Cart Check Out.  Actual Shipping cost will be calculated when we process your shipment. It is usually less than the calculated amount on your invoice. Heavy or oversize items may be subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular delivery charges.

At present The Coffee Barrel does not ship to addresses outside of the U.S.  We are happy to ship to our service members APO/AFO addresses via USPS Priority Mail or Flat Rate Boxes, whichever is less expensive.

If your order has arrived obviously damaged, refuse the order with the shipping carrier. For hidden damage you will need to file a claim with the shipping company which we will assist with.  Always take a picture of the damage providing evidence which is much appreciated and will help expedite a solution. Returns

The Coffee Barrel is proud to offer you the best products in the coffee industry. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item fails to meet your expectations, simply contact us by calling us at 517-694-9000 or at coffeebarrel@gmail.com to discuss the reason for your concerns. If we have made an error in your order please contact us immediately. As much as we try to give you the best customer service in the industry, sometimes mistakes happen. Refunds on shipping charges are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped.

Product prices

Individual products on our website reflect current pricing and is subject to change.  Coffee is a highly traded commodity and due to availability the pricing will fluctuate.  This is not something we control but be assured we will keep our pricing in line with a premium gourmet product.

Ordering gifts

We make gift giving easy by offering colorful tissue paper and a special message (you specify wording) enclosed in your box. Only one gift wrapping fee will be charged per shipment.
